Burn & Rise - Music Video

Happy New Year everyone!!!

It's been while since my last post. I've been really busy with several projects, in the last couple of months. unfortunately none of these projects are out yet, so naturally I can't exhibit those here yet.

the Images here, are for 'Burn & Rise' , a music video that I directed and edited for Panic Girl few months ago. The album and the video will be released on 25th of January 2010, and from what I heard it will be premiered on MTV Germany.

can you believe it, up to few mins ago I didn't know that I have comments and messages waiting to for my approval. in fact I didn't know that it needs my authorization.

funny, and I was wondering why I don't have any comments or anything. well, I never promoted my blog page anyway. I mainly made this blog page to link the images to my website to keep the bandwidth low ;).

Dundee Sunset

here is a sketch I did a bout a month ago. the building there, is an empty hotel facing the train station of the city (Dundee).

I hopping to have the time to paint another one in sunrise. the cool thing about looking at the two version (sunrise & sunset), is that almost all the shadows and highlights switch their places.

long time no post, I actually drew a lot in the last few weeks, I just felt lazy to scan and upload them. I drew the top two on the way back from London, and the last one on the way to Glasgow.
I have more free time these days, and hopefully will upload more often...

day out with Fritzi & sketchbook in St Andrews

yesterday was a nice day to draw, although I didn't really draw well. I went to St.Andrews with Fritzi (my girlfriend) . it was a nice relaxing day, I was mostly sketching while she was reading Time.



I actually drew this one few weeks ago 11.Apr.09, I just felt like uploading it now ;)

Khoda - the transition between Panic and the escape scenes

Here is a image sequence of Khoda, the transition between 'Panic' and the 'escape' scene, which is my favorite part of the film. I made this part about two months before finishing the film, so I had more than a year to think about what I want from this part.
these are not all the frames, its only about one third of them.
